(Odessa, TX) – With the Central Hockey League season-opener coming on Oct. 16, the Odessa Jackalopes released today their training camp and preseason schedule. Along with training camp practices and preseason games, the Jackalopes will also be holding two events for their fans. All activity will take place at the Ector County Coliseum.
On Wednesday, September 30th fans are welcomed to visit the Jackalopes team store for the Jackalopes Merchandise Preview Party and get a first look at the new products available this season. The event will start at 6:00 p.m. Also, season ticket holders will be able to pick up their season ticket packages for the 2009-2010 season at this event.
Training camp will begin on Monday, October 5th with a 9:00 AM practice. The second event for fans will be the second annual Season Ticket Holder Taste Testing Event. Season ticket holders will once again have the opportunity to pick up their season ticket packages for this year, and sample the new items that will be served at the concession stands this season. Season ticket holders will also be treated to the team’s annual Black/White Scrimmage that night.
The Jackalopes will host the Tulsa Oilers in a pair of exhibition games on October 8th and 10th at 7:00 PM. Tickets for the games will be $8 at all levels for the preseason games.
Monday, October 12th will be the Jackalopes Annual Golf Tournament at Ratliff Ranch Golf Course. Tee time for the shotgun event is 1:00 PM. For more information or reservations, call (432) 552-7825 or visit www.jackalopes.org.
