The Texas Stars announced the 2010-2011 squad of Texas Stars Ice Girls on Friday. The group of nine girls will make their debut this weekend at the two Texas Stars preseason games being played at the Cedar Park Center.
Four of the girls are returning Ice Girls from last season, and more than half of the Ice Girls are native Texans.

Cedar Park, TX – The Texas Stars announced on Friday the 2010-11 Texas Stars Ice Girls.
“This year we are excited to present a unique group of beautiful, confident and talented ladies who serve as ambassadors for our Texas Stars Hockey Club”, said Ice Girls Coordinator Kristin Ditto. “The Ice Girls are role models in the community. They are committed to excellence and high standards, while entertaining our Texas Stars hockey fans.”
The Texas Stars Ice Girls are composed of four veterans and five newcomers ranging in age from 20-28. Five of the nine girls are Texas natives.

The Texas Stars Ice Girls will make their season debut this weekend when Texas hosts a pair of preseason games this Saturday and Sunday at Cedar Park Center. Saturday, the Stars host the Oklahoma City Barons at 7:00 pm. On Sunday, Texas will host the Houston Aeros at 5:00 pm.
